Cramic Profiler CNC Retrofitted with Fanuc controls
A major aerospace manufacturer wanted to upgrade obsolete systems unsupported by the original machine tool manufacturer of an eight machine gantry system. This included new Fanuc 30i controls, “silent” hydraulic system and new spindle/clutch system. The $17M of retrofit and partial repair services resulted in a 50% improvement in productivity.
