Busch Precision manufactures a comprehensive line of precision tooling and inspection products including angle plates, parallels, straight edges, surface plates and V-blocks. All products are machined and precision-ground to ten thousandths of an inch tolerances (.0001) in flatness, straightness, squareness and parallelism, with 16-32 RMS micro-finishes. Accuracies are certified with traceability to NIST.

Custom tooling can be designed and developed for special applications. Sound but worn tooling can be remachined, precision ground, vibratory stress-relieved and, when required, hand-scraped to restore precision accuracies at significant savings over a new replacement.
