Producing quality zinc castings from your small die cast machines requires highly precision machined tooling components. Busch Precision manufactures cross-slide assemblies to your specifications. Air cylinder corners, base plates, cover plates, shanks and wear plates are available separately. Remachining and/or regrinding of your existing tooling can save time and money.

Crossheads/cross-slides are the key tools required to produce flawless castings. Our high-grade iron castings are precision machined and ground to very accurate tolerances to ensure this result.

Shanks are the key mating components to crossheads/cross-slides. The very tight grinding tolerances we hold ensure quality castings.
