With 4", 5", and 7" G & L Boring Bars and manual or CNC capabilities, we offer you diversified capabilities for your most precise accuracies and finishes on all of your standard boring, in-line boring, honing, facing, milling, drilling, and tapping projects. Accessories include: facing heads, right angle drilling and milling heads, tailstocks, large rotary table, and 3-axis digital readouts. Table capacities include: 48" x 86", 120" x 160", and 71" x 165"; vertical travel: 45" to 142"; horizontal travel: 72" to 22'. Our capabilities also include a 2-5" CNC Horizontal Boring Mill. Supplementing our vertical turning capabilities is a large 50T G&L Horizontal Production Center featuring state-of-the-art horizontal boring with a 72" x 156" table, 115" travel, 168" x 115" window, and 32" spindle travel. Add a 74" x 74" CNC rotary table and we can provide you exceptional capacity and cost-effective machining for your most unusual work pieces. Want more? The VIPER VMC is capable of machining complex structural parts according to precision industry requirements, and is approved to Mil-I-45208A and ISO 9002 compliance.
